Production Facility
Our facility located in Alaplı Organized Industrial Zone spans over 10,000 m2 of open area and 4,500 m2 of enclosed space. It is equipped with infrastructure compliant with GMP and ISO quality systems, featuring advanced ventilation systems. Within our 500 m2 area, we have a clean room compliant with GMP standards, an R&D laboratory, production offices, and storage facilities. Additionally, the facility hosts offices of 5 different courier companies, ensuring easy accessibility. Designed with a flexible model to meet customer needs, our facility caters to both high and low volume production demands, offering a wide range of services.
Production Capacity
Our facility is designed with a flexible capacity model that can expand according to demand. This innovative design allows us to quickly expand capacity using reserved areas with additional transport tanks and tanks. As a result, our production line can effectively meet both high-volume production and low-volume production demands.
This flexibility allows us to provide quick and efficient solutions to both large-scale and small-scale production needs for our customers. Our production process is capable of swiftly responding to sudden increases in demand. Strategic utilization of reserved areas enhances the efficiency of our production line and enables rapid intervention for capacity expansion when needed.
